The Third Wave Water Classic Light Roast Profile is designed to bring out the best in your light to medium roast coffee, with an SCA approved water profile that highlights brighter flavours.

Simply add a stick of mineral supplement to your distilled or reverse-osmosis water, shake, and use to brew your favourite coffee—we'll bet it has never tasted so good.

Available in 1 or 5 Gallon (12 sticks each) and 2 Litre (20 sticks) formats, or as a 2-pack (1 Gallon sticks) if you're just looking to try it out.

Patent pending formula of magnesium sulfate, calcium citrate and sodium chloride: optimizes water for coffee & tea.

All natural; no chemicals.

Reduced maintenance: permanent hardness means minerals stay in your coffee and not in your machine, preventing limescale buildup and protecting your gear.

About Third Wave Water

Like most good things, Third Wave Water started over a good meal and a beer. Two friends and coffee shop owners, Taylor and Charles, were having lunch when Charles mentioned wishing he could make a concentrate of Taylor’s perfected water blend to use for his coffee customers. That’s when the idea of 'dehydrated water' was born—and the rest is history.
