Precisely engineered to break down smoke and odour molecules during coffee roasting, the NovaCat single-metal catalytic system breaks down volatile organic compounds at just 300°C, leaving your space noticeably cleaner and fresher.

Made to fit tight roasting spaces while performing like a full-size system, AirWave doesn't require complex venting setups and offers powerful plug-and-play performance.
