Elevate your espresso brewing with the BooKoo Espresso Monitor—empowering real-time pressure profiling during your infusion to allow detailed data analysis so you can fine-tune your brews.

Paired with the BooKoo (or another compatible) app to graph a pressure curve over time alongside—when also paired with an integrated scale—ratio & flow rate, the Espresso Monitor allows you to track, record, and compare/analyze your profiling.

Save and share your favourite results, with the ability to set your target profile as a background graph to repeat with subsequent pulls.

Precise Pressure Tracking: Fast and accurate pressure detection automatically starts with recognizable pressure change, and provides real-time pressure profiling measurements during espresso extraction to fine-tune your brewing.

Detailed Data Analysis: Connect via Bluetooth with the BooKoo, Beanconqueror, or Odyssey Espresso App to track and analyze pressure profiles in real-time, save them, and compare different brews.

Follow classic curves or recreate your favourite profile; the BooKoo app provides customizable settings and the ability to share extraction records.

Easy App Integration: Compatible with Bluetooth connected coffee scales from BooKoo, Acaia, and Felicita to also monitor ratio and flow rate data.

Broad Compatibility: Fits G1/8" thread machines including the Flair 58, Cafelat Robot, and La Marzocco, and includes an M6 adapter for E61 group heads including Lelit v3, Rocket, and Profitec Pro series; optional M9 Adaptor provides compatibility with Flair 'Standard' models (Classic, Pro).

Long lasting battery provides theoretical standby time of 180 days, and includes a USB-C rechargeable port.
